Office Hours

Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Consultation and tax preparation services are provided by appointment only. We do not offer walk-in services.

Our offices are located at 105 Gordon Street in downtown Chickamauga, Georgia. We occupy a green, two story brick building on the corner of Gordon and Thomas Streets with a balcony overlooking Gordon Street.

The main entrance to the building faces Gordon Street. We also have a 24 hour, secure dropbox located inside our courtyard on the Thomas Street (railroad) side of the building.

Free, public parking is available along Gordon Street. If you're using our secure dropbox, feel free to park near our rear entrance on the Thomas Street side of the building.

Secure Dropbox

We have a 24 hour, secure dropbox available inside our courtyard on the Thomas Street (railroad) side of our building. Items dropped through the slot are deposited inside the building and collected throughout the day.

To use the dropbox, please place all items inside an envelope and make sure the envelope is clearly labeled with your name and contact information. Envelopes are available at the dropbox for your convenience.

COVID-19 Information

Accounting services are classified as "essential" by the United States Department of Homeland Security. In order to continue our vital role in the local economy, we have taken steps to improve our ability to provide services in a contact-less environment.

These steps include:

  • Temporarily closing our office to visitors and stopping all face-to-face meetings.
  • Implementing secure, remote network access and voice-over-ip ("VoIP") technology to allow our staff members to work from home.
  • Implementing a 24-hour, secure dropbox to allow our clients to drop-off documents without needing to enter our office or come into contact with other people.
  • Making extensive use of secure, electronic document delivery and using e-signatures wherever possible.
  • When electronic document delivery or e-signature is not possible or impractical, using the United States Postal service or a private delivery service to deliver documents and collect signatures.

Government assistance to small businesses relies heavily on financial reports and income tax returns. These requirements have placed a heavy burden on many small businesses to produce financial information that these businesses may not have been required to produce in the past. In response, small businesses are turning to their accountants in unprecedented number to help them apply for and manage requests for loans and other assistance.

To meet this demand and do our part to help keep small businesses open and people employed, we are working extended hours and using triage to prioritize the most critical cases. We ask for everyone's patients as we work through this unexpected workload.
